Returns Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the goods are in their original, unused condition and original packaging.

How to Return

1. Contact us via the Contact page or by phone to notify us of your intention to return.
2. We will issue a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
3. Package the item securely with the RA number clearly marked on the outside.
4. Ship the item back to us — return shipping costs are for the customer’s account unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange collection and either replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used, installed, or modified
• Items returned without original packaging
• Custom or special-order items

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned goods. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
